Pathway to Heartland
Pathway to Heartland Provides a Clear Path
Heartland High School provides students on a substance use recovery journey with a clear path to success to achieve high school graduation. Recovery high schools are vital.
Due to the lack of programs for adolescents in Central Ohio, Heartland High School created an innovative program that provides support to youth in early journey of recovery.
Pathway to Heartland is a pre-enrollment program that provides a space for youth to receive assistance, integrating new habits and routines to prepare them for success and full enrollment into Heartland High School.
The Pathway program meets students and families where they are on their substance use recovery journey, and enrollment can begin on the student's first day of the journey. Learn more and download a brochure.
