A Pre-Enrollment Program for Students in Early Recovery

Pathway is a pre-enrollment program that meets students where they are in their recovery journey. The program provides a space for students to receive the support needed to establish new habits and routines to prepare them for recovery success and full enrollment into Heartland.

Pathway students receive consistent guidance through this intensive program, with the goal of learning new skills to prevent a return to use and address issues that impede academic achievement.

The Pathway program meets students and families where they are on their substance use recovery journey, and enrollment can begin on the student's first day of the journey. Learn more and download a brochure.
